AJPSI is a fully open-access journal. All articles are freely available to readers worldwide without subscription fees, ensuring that geographic or institutional barriers do not restrict the dissemination of knowledge.
Institutions and individuals may apply for annual, quarterly, or monthly membership to support the journal's visibility and sustainability.
Authors are encouraged to donate to editorial operations. Note: Donations do not influence editorial decisions or acceptance.
Editorial decisions are made solely on academic merit. Our Board members and reviewers serve as a community service, though modest stipends may be provided based on manuscript volume. Appointments are confirmed by the Board of Trustees of MuCaBI after a probationary period.

We employ a double-blind peer review process where both author and reviewer identities are concealed. Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent experts.
Authors must submit original work, declare conflicts of interest, and obtain ethical approval for human participant research.
All submissions undergo screening. Evidence of fabrication, falsification, or plagiarism results in immediate rejection or retraction.
